How to book

Just contact us via telephone, email or Facebook to discuss your party needs and check your date is available. The earlier you book the better, to avoid disappointment!

Payment policy

When booking an event or party we require a 50% despoit to secure your date.

We then require the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event.

Cancellations and Refunds

If cancelling a booking with more than a months notice we will give you a full refund. Cancellations with over 14 days notice will get a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will unfortunately not get a refund.

Is the tent waterproof?

Yes our tent is made out of extremely durable material and is of the highest standards, built to put up with our ever changing weather so rest assured you will be dry inside!

Locations we cover

We are based in Leominster, Herefordshire and will travel a 20 mile radius free of charge as part of your package, anything further afield will require a small mileage charge of £1 per mile.

How much space is required?

Our 5m bell tent requires a fairly flat grassed area around 7m in diameter.

The tent is 5m diameter so this needs to be on a grassed area and then the added space is for the guide ropes so if you are happy for these to be placed in flower beds then we will try not to trample on any flowers!
